Real Estate Market in Hall of the Economy
On October 3rd-4th, 2015, we have presented our company on the real estate market, which was held in a Hall of the Economy in Szczecin. We have decided to introduce one of our services, namely the technical assistance for the purchase of an apartment or a house. The seller (usually it’s a Developer) have professional employees, whose goal is often the production and sale of apartments and other premises with possibly lowest costs, sometimes without meeting required standards of the works performance. There are technical defects in works, which have a major impact on indoor comfort in these premises – but they are a place fwhere the Client spends the most time. It is valid of course not for all Contractors or building maintainers, however, the practice of errors’ avoidance, rejection of responsibility, and the sale of substandard homes is, unfortunately, widespread.
A big surprise for us was the great interest in our help of potential buyers, who often have no opportunity of consultancy about their doubts and control of the construction and finishing works’ quality in the apartments they want to buy.
The person, who is buying a home often with savings of the whole life or with the participation of loans to several decades, should have the chance and the opportunity to ask for direct assistance from professionals who will be able to protect his interests and permanently review the work carried out with the required standards and the statements of the seller. Standards for such support by professionals are widely used in Western Europe and also in other major cities in Poland.
We hope that the ever-popular quality control of the works by acceptance tests will lead to the growth of the role of standards and the ever-improving quality of executed apartments, houses and other premises.
