PM Services maintained the ISO certificate, managing the quality of the enterprise in accordance with the ISO 9001: 2015 standard.
It is an international standard that specifies the requirements that an organization's quality management system should meet. The main requirements of the ISO 9001 standard include, among others: introduction of supervision over documentation and records, involvement of management in building a quality management system, systematizing resource management and making systematic measurements.
The certificate confirms the compliance of the client's management system with the audit criteria and the ability of the management system to ensure compliance with applicable statutory, regulatory and contractual requirements by the organization.
PM Services has been implementing the ISO 9001 standard since the beginning of its operations, i.e. from 2015, constantly updating it with new versions.
