We provided Project Management and Investor Supervision services for the project “Open-Air Stage with Elements of Small Architecture.” The facility is designed to accommodate 140 seats, making it an ideal venue for various cultural and recreational events.

The area surrounding the stage includes green islands and a recreational zone equipped with a safe surface. This zone features in-ground trampolines and swings, creating an attractive space for families and children.

Our role involved coordinating all stages of project implementation, monitoring construction progress, and ensuring compliance with technical documentation. Regular inspections and collaboration with contractors enabled us to promptly address any challenges, contributing to the efficient completion of the project and the creation of a modern recreational space for the local community.
