PM Services Poland at the Grand Opening of Highline Warsaw – a New Symbol of Modern Warsaw

On September 30th, Warsaw hosted the official opening of Highline Warsaw – one of the most spectacular real estate projects of recent years. The event brought together representatives from the worlds of business, architecture, hospitality, and facility management. Among the guests were representatives of PM Services Poland, who had the opportunity to take part in this exceptional celebration.

A Ceremony with Grandeur

The opening ceremony of Highline Warsaw was designed as a true spectacle, reflecting the spirit of the city. Guests were greeted by dancers from the University of Warsaw’s “Warszawianka” Dance Theatre, and each space offered a unique experience. On the 53rd floor, where the highest observation deck in the European Union is located, guests could admire the city skyline accompanied by live music from the band Sztajer. An additional highlight was an interactive installation featuring the Mermaid of Warsaw – a symbolic combination of tradition and cutting-edge technology.

The main part of the ceremony took place in the HighGarden zone on the 49th floor, where after the ribbon-cutting, the Franco-Polish band BeMy performed. Guests also learned about the vision of Magnicity, the operator of the rooftop spaces, known for managing landmarks such as the Montparnasse Tower in Paris and 360 Chicago. The event was further enriched by artistic elements inspired by Warsaw’s history – frescoes, animations, and actors portraying cultural icons such as Fryderyk Chopin and Maria Skłodowska-Curie.

Highline Warsaw – A Next-Generation Space

The complex offers more than 18,000 m² of conference and event space, modern office areas, and spectacular rooftop terraces. This investment places Warsaw among the most innovative business hubs in Europe and reflects the global trend of creating multifunctional spaces that meet the needs of the MICE market.

PM Services Poland’s Perspective

For PM Services Poland, attending the opening of Highline Warsaw was not only an image-building opportunity but also an expert experience. As a company specializing in comprehensive technical facility management, we closely observe how such prestigious projects influence the development of the entire industry.

Modern investments of this scale are not only architectural landmarks but also operational challenges – from maintaining infrastructure and ensuring safety to providing daily comfort for tenants and visitors. Participating in such events allows us not only to stay inspired by global trends but also to share our expertise gained from managing large-scale facilities in Poland.

Conclusion

The opening of Highline Warsaw was not just a celebration of modern architecture but also a statement about the opportunities brought by the dynamic growth of the real estate and event industries in the capital. For PM Services Poland, it was another step in building our position as a partner actively supporting the development of modern spaces in Poland.
