Outstanding Certificate - Harden Robakowo

Another reason to celebrate in the Sustainable Building department! 🍃🧡 Not long ago, we celebrated our first Outstanding certificate for the design phase, received by the Central Warehouse of Museum Collections in Lesznowola, and today we are proud to showcase our first ever completed certification process at this highest possible level for Harden Construction! 🔥

The warehouse and logistics building at Panattoni Park Poznań A2 was built according to sustainable construction principles and features a number of amenities, including:

Modern office and conference rooms 👨‍✈️👨‍💼
Gym 🏋️
Cafeteria 👩‍🍳
Parcel locker 📦
Charging stations for electric cars ⚡🚗
The total area of the building is almost 82,000 square meters! The roof is equipped with a photovoltaic panel system with a capacity of 700 kWp. The building uses low-emission heating sources, energy-efficient installations, and a rainwater recovery system to reduce water consumption.

Another important piece of information is that this is only the fifth building of this type in Poland to receive the BREEAM Outstanding certificate! 🔥 The “Green” team is unstoppable! 🧡🍃
