Construction of the Schaeffler Distribution Center in Prologis Park Ujazd Has Begun – PM Services Poland Responsible for Investor Supervision

We are proud to announce the launch of a new investment project in which PM Services Poland plays a key role in investor supervision. In Ujazd, together with our long-term partner Prologis, we have commenced the construction of a modern Distribution Center for Schaeffler. This project is the largest investment in the history of the Ujazd Municipality Economic Activity Zone and aims to strengthen the region’s position on Poland’s logistics map.

The Schaeffler Distribution Center will play a crucial role in the company’s spare parts supply chain, serving both domestic and international markets. The facility will be equipped with advanced automation and energy-efficient solutions such as heat pumps, photovoltaic installations, and intelligent LED lighting. The building will undergo BREEAM certification at the Outstanding level, confirming its compliance with the highest standards of sustainable construction.
