We prepare energy performance certificates for all types of buildings.
From April 28, 2023, new regulations on energy performance certificates come into force, introducing the obligation to attach a copy of the energy certificate to the notification of completion of construction or application for an occupancy permit. They can be attached in paper or electronic form. The purpose of the building, whether it is for housing, own or sales purposes, is irrelevant here - each of them requires an energy performance certificate.
The regulations on buildings intended for sale or rent are also changing. The amendment obliges owners to produce a certificate reflecting the current condition of real estate, including those built before 2009.
The document is valid for 10 years, unless the building undergoes a significant modernization, then the certificate must be re-certified.
The valuation of the service is determined individually, depending on the size and complexity of the building.
