This service is addressed to those clients who do not normally work in the construction industry and look for substantive and organizational support. We help our clients to go through an investment process by estimating costs of an investment, lodging a tender, until a general contractor or contractors for individual packages of works are selected.
Scope of works within this service are the following:
- determining scope of works in consultation with a client together with preparing an investment cost estimation for construction works,
- preparing a tendering process and selecting a designer of an investment,
- preparing a cost estimation of an investment based on ongoing design works,
- preparing a tendering process (detailed technical specification, cost estimation) in order to select a general contractor of an investment or contractors for individual packages of works,
- drafting an agreement between a client and a contractor
- comparing offers, conducting negotiations with potential contractors,
- providing an analysis and recommendations about a contractor to a client,
- supporting a client during concluding an agreement with a general contractor or contractors for individual packages of works.
